Assigning a search source to groups

When you add a search source, you must assign user groups to it. Only users who are members of a group that is assigned to a search source can access that search source.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Administration > Knowledgebase Admin.
  2. Select Search & Nav > Search Sources.
  3. Select Search Source Properties > Groups.
  4. Click Search Sources.
  5. Click a search source.
  6. Click Groups.
  7. Select each group that you want to assign to the search source.
  8. Click Update.
