Saving a workflow to the workflow library

You can save a workflow to the library and use it later to route other documents. When you create a new workflow for a document that is based on a workflow that is saved in the library, you can modify any aspect of it, including the stages, recipients, and tasks.

  1. On the Workflow Inbox widget on the Home page, click the workflow that you want to access. The Document Workflow is shown.
  2. Verify that the Details button is selected, and click Save to Library.
