Administrator Chat Monitor

The administrator chat monitor is available to service administrators who belong to one or more chat-enabled service groups. Data is limited to populations that are served by the chat-enabled service groups to which the administrator belongs.

Both the chat monitor for service administrators and the chat monitor for service managers include a lower panel. This panel shows data that is associated with individual chat agents. You can filter the data by an individual agent.

  • The chat monitor reports are refreshed automatically every 4 minutes.
  • The top panel shows data at a service group level.
  • The bottom panel shows data at an agent level. Data can be filtered by service group.
  • Charts can be exported to a spreadsheet.
