Manager chat monitor

The Manager Chat Monitor is available to service managers who belong to one or more chat-enabled service groups. The chat monitor shows analytics related to chat interactions between employees and agents who are members of chat-enabled service groups that you manage.

The chat monitor includes a lower panel that shows data associated with individual chat agents.

  • The Chat Monitor reports are refreshed automatically every 4 minutes.
  • The top panel shows data at a service group level.
  • The bottom panel shows data at an agent level. Data can be filtered by service group.
  • Charts can be exported to a spreadsheet.
