Exporting reports from the agent queue or the manager queue

You can export any of the queue reports. If you have applied filtering to the report, only the filtered data is included in the export. Exported files are saved in your Downloads folder.

  1. If you are an agent, click Agent Queue and select a report. If you are a manager, click Manager Queue and select a report.
  2. Click the Ellipsis button then and select Export to Excel.
  3. When the Opening Export.csv menu opens, select Save File and click OK.
