Knowledgebase Ask HR auto search

If your organization uses Infor HR Knowledgebase in conjunction with Infor Case Management, the Ask HR feature can include Auto Search for your population. When you specify a topic in the Subject field of the Ask HR form or when the Subject field is pre-populated in a Quick Case, the Knowledgebase searches for the subject term and returns the top three results as links to pages. You can click a link to view the information in Print mode. (In Print mode, there are no hyperlinks or navigation on the page.) You can also click View More to get more results. If you find the answer you sought, you can click Cancel on the Ask HR form instead of opening a case.
