Personalizing dashboards

Administrators, managers and agents can specify the reports that are shown on their dashboards. They can also arrange the reports on the dashboard.

  1. If you are an administrator, then select Admin Dashboard > Configuration..If you are a manager, then select Manager Dashboard > Configuration.. If you are an agent, then select Agent Dashboard > Configuration..
  2. To show or hide a report, double-click the report that you want to show or hide.
  3. In the Display column, click the arrow that corresponds to the report that you want to show or hide.
  4. Select Yes to show the report and No to hide the report.
  5. Click Update.
  6. To change the position of a report on the dashboard, double click a report.
  7. In the Order column, click the number that corresponds to the report.
  8. Click Update.
