Filtering populations and service groups in dashboards

Service administrators who oversee multiple populations can filter their dashboards by population. Service managers and agents who oversee multiple service groups can filter their dashboards by service group. Only the populations and service groups to which the logged in user is assigned are available. A check mark indicates the service group is included in the display.

  1. Access the dashboard and open a report.
  2. Click the arrow above the filtering panel on the left side of the dashboard.
  3. Click the ellipses in the chart toolbar and select Population(s) or Service Group(s).
  4. Select one or more populations or service groups whose data you want to include or exclude from the dashboard.
  5. Click Apply.
