Assigning user groups for filtering

You can use the system user groups for filtering standard reports and creating bulk cases. In this task, you specify the groups that you want to use for each of these purposes. Groups that are used to filter reports are shown in the lower portion of the Filter Options panel.

These filters do not apply to the Regarding Cases report.

When employees are added to create a bulk batch of cases, then you have the option to import groups of employees.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Administration > Case Management Admin
  3. Select .
  4. Click User Group Filtering Options.
  5. Click Unassigned Groups.
  6. Enable one or more groups for analytics and reports.
  7. Enable one or more groups for bulk case creation.
  8. Click Assign.
