Transfer alert
The application can be configured to automatically send messages to agents to whom new cases are assigned. Previously, this notification was sent only if the transfer alert is triggered and the transferring agent specifies a reason in the Transfer Alert menu.
Enablement is required:
- Click .
- Select a population.
- Click .
- In the Notify Agent area, click Reassigned to configure the Reassigned notification.
- In the Properties tab, set Enabled to Yes to send the reassigned notification ot the agent to whom the case has been reassigned.
- To log the message, set Log to Yes.
- Specify the subject.
- Specify the message.
- Click .
