Attachments in Ad Hoc Emails
The application can be configured to enable service center users permission to attach files from their PCs to ad hoc emails. This attachment type is in addition to the files that can be attached from the case. When this feature is enabled, a service center user who creates an ad hoc email can upload files and attach these files, along with any files that are attached to the case, to the ad hoc email.
Enablement is required at the organization level.

- In the Properties tab, under the Attachments heading, select the Select From Case option.
To add an attachment from the users computer when the feature is enabled:
- In the Attachments area of the ad hoc email form, select .
- Select one or more files and click .
Toggle for views in reports
In the Active Cases report and the Regarding Cases report, users can use a toggle switch to view open cases, closed cases, or open cases and closed cases combined.
No configuration is required.
