Change to a field label in the Transfer Alert form

The Send Transfer Email label on the Transfer Alert form that is used to transfer cases has been changed to reflect that the transfer email is sent to the employee. The label now reads Send Transfer Email To Employee.

Colons added to case form field labels

On the case form, colons have been added to the Employee name, User ID and Employee # fields to enhance readability.

No configuration is required.

Analytics and reports can be searched by all categories and subcategories

All categories and subcategories can be used to filter reports, even if the categories and subcategories have not been used. Note that if a report is filtered by a category or subcategory that has not been used, then the search returns zero results.
