Quick Case Percentage Report

A new report on the Admin Dashboard shows the percentage of each quick case type used in the context of all quick cases used. For example, if 200 total quick cases were reported, the report shows each quick case type and it's percentage of 200 total cases that was used. The report can be filtered by number of days in the past.

Expanded Data in Export mode

Additional data is provided on employee and regarding employee information when a case is created. This information is used in analytics. This data is included in the standard export view.

Expanded Issue Field With Cases Created With Ask HR for Managers

When a case is created from Ask HR for Managers, the issue field can be expanded, so the case manager can view the issue in detail.

Field Label Clarification

On the Case Transfer form the label on the Email field was changed to Agent Email to clarify the recipient.
