The refresh function was removed from these areas:

• Plans > Assign Groups > Assigned Groups
• Plans > Assign Groups > Unassigned Groups
• Calculator settings > Services
• Calculator settings > Tiers
• Calculator Settings > Tips
• Calculator Settings > Help Library
• Calculator Settings > Labels
• Calculator Settings > Labels > open any label

No configuration is required.
