Quick Case report

A report that sorts tickets by Quick Case ID was implemented. This report shows only tickets that were created from quick cases.

No configuration is required.

Active Case report

The Time Spent Min field was added to the Active Case report. This field shows the number of minutes that were spent on each active case.

No configuration is required.

Configurable Custom field

The Custom1 field on the case form can be configured to retrieve a default value from the user table when a new case is created. The User Field To Default is configured in the Custom Fields area of the Case Configuration form.

Drag and drop attachments

Users can drag attachments from their email and drop them as attachments to case tickets.
