Users can add and hide columns in the Active Cases report and save the view
Users can add and hide columns in the Active Cases report. When columns have been added to or hidden, the table configuration can be saved for future viewing. If the view is not saved, then the next time the user accesses the report, the default view is shown.
To configure the report, access the Active Cases report, click the … and select . Select the columns that you want to show. Clear the columns that you want to hide.
To save your view, click the … and select .
The Issues column and its details have been added to the Active Cases report
Users can add the Issues column to the Active Cases report. Users can click the Issues link that is associated with each case to access the text that was specified in the Issue field in the case form.
No configuration is required, but users must manually add the column to the report.
Headings were added to the Manager Queue and Agent Queue
The Notes column and Reminder column in the Manager Queue and in the Agent Queue have headings. Previously the columns showed no headings

Templates are sorted by class in the Quick Case Lookup menu.
The Quick Case Lookup menu sorts quick case templates alphabetically by class. Previously, templates were sorted by name.
