Adding group access to the admin tools

During the cloning process, the default groups are given access to the admin tools. If a new group has been created for the organization and the members of that group require access to the Users, Postings, or Analytics admin tools, you can assign group access to the admin tools. Only Infor admins can perform this task.

In the standard configuration, these groups have access to the admin tools:

  1. On the home page, go to the Tools widget. Only Infor admins have access to this widget.
  2. On the Tools widget, click Application Management.
  3. In the Admin list, click an application. The application information opens.
  4. Click Groups.
  5. Select one or more groups and click Assign To App.
  6. Click Assign To Patterns.
