Formatting text in HTML
If edits beyond the scope of the text editors is required, a user may edit text manually in the HTML editor. For example, if a user wants to italicize a single word in a paragraph, the user would access the HTML and edit the code.
- Access the document manager.
- Click the page that you want to edit. If the page is not checked out by another user, the system checks it out, and it is ready for editing. If the page is checked out by another user, you are not permitted to check it out until it is checked in again.
- With the page open in Edit mode, click the text block that you want to edit.
- Click the button.
- Edit the code and click .
- When you have finished editing the page, click the button.
