Bulk publishing

This feature is used to publish documents across multiple organizations simultaneously. When you select a document in the Bulk Publishing menu, organizations that use the document are shown. You can select one or more of the organizations to publish to. For example, if a change is made to an adoption policies document that is used by five organizations, then the updated version can be published to each of them at once. Alternatively you could publish the updated document to only three organizations. The other two organizations would not use the updated document but would use the current document.

  • Block to Live: If the document or organization is blocked to live, then the document is not published.
  • Child Documents: If the document is a child document, then the update must be inherited first before it the document can be published.
  • Reference Documents: If the document is a reference document, then the update is automatically inherited and can be published immediately.
