Dynamic widget configurations

Dynamic widgets can include data items and options that you can use to configure them. Otherwise, no editing or configuration is supported. Data items that set the widget's height and pinning status are configured on the Home page. The patterncode data item may need to be updated when new versions of Infor Case Management are released if a new pattern is part of the release.

Agent Cases Widget

This table shows the data items that are used to configure this widget.

Ask HR Widget

The Ask HR widget is used to provide a link to the Ask HR component of the Infor HR Case Management application and to report the number of questions that have been resolved and that are pending. The patterncode data item may need to be updated when new versions of Infor Case Management are released if a new pattern is part of the release.

Ask HR for HR Widget

The Ask HR for HR widget is used to provide a link to the Ask HR for HR component of the Infor HR Case Management application and to report the number of questions that have been resolved and that are pending. It shows information only about cases the agent created regarding employees in the user groups that the agent services. The patterncode data item may need to be updated when new versions of Infor Case Management are released if a new pattern is part of the release.

Ask HR for Managers

The Ask HR for Managers widget is used to provide a link to the Ask HR for Managers component of the Infor HR Case Management application and to report the number of questions that have been resolved and that are pending. It shows information only about cases that concern the manager's direct reports. The patterncode data item may need to be updated for a new release of CM, if a new pattern is part of the release.

Locale Selection

On portals with multiple locales, users use this widget to quickly select the country and language through which they view the portal.

Password Secret Questions Widget

This widget shows a link that can be used to set up password recovery questions. This widget does not have a subject. It links to SmartWare. No other links can be added.

RSS Widget

This widget features an RSS feed that the customer specifies. One feed per widget.
