Filtering by group

Some reports offer filtering by one or more groups. Viewers can filter these reports to show specific data relevant to one or more groups. When one or more groups are selected in the group filter, the report shows only data that is relevant to the selected groups.

  • The data that is displayed is based on the users that are assigned to the groups when the filter is applied.
  • Groups that are available for filtering are added in User Group Filtering Options.
Note: This is distinguished from organizing report data by group.
  1. Select a report.
  2. Select the groups that you want to include in the report.
  3. Click Apply. To show all data, clear the groups and clickApply.
