Using the workflow dashboard

The Workflow Dashboard displays detailed information about an organization’s workflows and the users who manage them.

Administrators can view workflow information in two views:

• Workflow Admin: displays information about workflows. Administrators can use this report to evaluate the progress of individual workflows in the context of the entire system.

• Users by Stage: displays information about workflow reviewers. Administrators can use this report to determine if a specific reviewer has been assigned too many or too few workflow tasks.

  1. Select Administration > Knowledgebase Admin.
  2. Click Workflow.
  3. Click Workflow Admin Report or Users by Stage.
  4. Select an item in the list to view details.
