Assigning groups to analytics filtering

Use this feature to designate groups that are available for filtering in analytics that offer group filtering. Groups that are assigned to group filtering are available on the Filter Options panel in some analytics. You can select one or more groups to filter the data and view only data pertaining to the selected groups.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Administration > Knowledgebase Admin.
  2. Select Settings > User Group Filtering Options.
  3. Click the Unassigned Groups tab.
  4. Select the groups that you want to be available to filter by.
  5. Click Assign Groups.
