Exporting reports from the agent queue or the manager queue
You can export any of the queue reports. If you have applied filtering to the report, only the filtered data is included in the export. Exported files are saved in your Downloads folder.
- If you are an agent, click and select a report. If you are a manager, click and select a report.
- Click the Ellipsis button then and select .
- When the menu opens, select and click .
