Completing a satisfaction survey in Ask HR

If your organization has configured a survey, you can complete it when the case is closed.

  1. In Ask HR, go to the My Cases list and click the survey button that is associated with the case. If you are viewing the case, click Satisfaction Survey on the toolbar.
  2. Provide responses to the required survey questions.
  3. Click Submit.
