Viewing the Knowledgebase using employee emulation

  1. Click Directory and select an employee. If the employee's profile is already open, ignore this step.
  2. Click the KB button.
  3. Click the Emulate Employee button.
  4. To navigate, click the Look in button and select an option.
  5. To stop emulation, click the Stop Emulation button.
