Filter clear button functionality

The function of the dashboard clear filter functionality, set by administrators, can work one of two ways:

• when the Clear button is activated, queue reports show open cases, with default filters, or
• when the Clear button is activated queue reports show open cases and closed cases and no default filters

The functionality of the button is wholly dependent on your organization's configuration.
