Ask HR for HR Quick Cases
A quick case is a case form that includes default values in some of the fields. Quick cases can save field representatives time when opening a case. Service administrators can use quick cases when one or more quick cases are configured for Ask HR for HR or for the employee's population. Some case form fields are populated according to the quick case configuration. The service administrator can then complete the form. If quick cases have not been configured for the population, then the Quick Cases list is not shown on the form.
