Completing a satisfaction survey in Ask HR for Managers

If your organization has configured a survey, then you can complete it when the case is closed.

  1. In Ask HR for Managers, go to the Direct Report Cases list and click the survey button that is associated with the case. If you are viewing the case, click Satisfaction Survey in the toolbar.
  2. Provide responses to the required survey questions.
  3. Click Submit.
