Showing and hiding columns in the agent queue and manager queue
Managers and agents can personalize the queues by determining the columns that are shown. Each report in a queue can be personalized. Managers and agents can save their views of each report.
- If you are an agent, click and select a report. If you are a manager, click and select a report.
- Click the button and select .
- Select the columns that you want to show. Clear the columns that you want to hide.
- To save your view, click the button and select .
