Case Management mobile

If your organization has implemented mobile services, then employees can submit cases from their mobile devices, and service center users can view cases.

Capabilities:

  • Employees and service center users can create cases from their mobile devices.
  • If the organization uses Infor HR Knowledgebase, users can attach links to Knowledgebase pages to a case as long as those pages have been tagged for mobile.
  • Users can attach images to a case.

Users cannot do these tasks:

  • Create quick cases
  • Remove attachments
  • Close cases
  • Chat
  • Search Knolwedgebase
  • Complete surveys
  • Reopen cases
