Copying routing

These elements are copied:
  • Topics
  • Categories
  • Subcategories
  • Standard operating procuedures (SOPs)
  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. Click Utilities.
  4. Click Configuration Migration.
  5. Click Routing Manager. The Topics page shows the topics by population that are present in an alternative environment but are not present in the environment that you are logged into. The Copy button indicates the environment from which you can copy. The Existing page shows the topics that are present in the environment that you are logged into.
  6. Select one or more topics.
  7. Click Copy From.
