Copying a topic to another population

You can copy a topic and assign it to another population. Only the topic’s general properties are copied. Service group assignments, categories and subcategories are not copied. This process can save time when you are creating multiple populations. For sites that use multiple locales, you can use this process to copy topics to the locales. Translations and other adjustments can be completed after the topic is copied.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Select Administration > Case Management Admin.
  3. Click Routing Manager.
  4. Select a population.
  5. Select a topic.
  6. Click Copy Selected.
  7. Select one or more populations to copy to.
  8. Click Copy.
