Mapping for manual email
These fields are used for manual email mapping:
Field | Description |
---|---|
From Email Address | This field is used to identify the employee. If the system finds a match for one employee, then the case is created. |
To Email Address | This field is used to identify the mailbox that populates the case topic. |
Subject | Populates Subject (if blank, uses default Subject for the mailbox) |
Message | Populates Issue (if blank, uses default subject for the mailbox). The first agent to view the case is required to complete this field. |
