The Document Manager

The Document Manager is a searchable interface that you can use to manage the document library. It shows the date the document was created, the user who created the document, and notes that were made when the document was checked in to the library. It also shows thet document code and the availability of the document for checkout.

This table shows the document statuses and corresponding icons that are shown in the Document Manager.
