Changing a user's password

As administrator can change a user's password. You can set a temporary password so the employee can log in, and you can set the system to require the employee change the password after logging in.

  1. Select Admin > Admin.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Search for the user.
  4. Click the user name.
  5. Click Password.
  6. Specify this information:
    New Password
    The password the user uses at next login.
    Confirm New Password
    The same password.
    Change Password at Next Login
    Force the employee to change the password after logging in.
