Adding images to landing pages
Before you can insert an image, the image file must be in the image library.
On landing pages, there are three types of images you can work with:

Section image | A small image in a section. Maximum one per section. These are not filtered. |
Main image | A larger image above the third column. (The page is delivered with a main image. You can replace the original image.) |
Landing page banner image | A larger image that spans the width of the columns.* |
*Each page is branded with the header at the top, usually a single image file. You can add a banner to a landing page to distinguish it from other landing pages. This banner appears beneath the site banner and above the page's content.
- Click the Document Manager opens, showing all pages in the system. button. The
- Click the button that is associated with the page that you want to edit. If the page is not checked out by another user, the system checks it out, and it is ready for editing. If the page is checked out by another user, you are not permitted to check it out until it is checked in again.

With the page open in Edit mode, click into the content area where
you want to add the image.
- Section image: Click either before or after the section heading, depending on where you want to place the image.
- Main image: The landing page is delivered with a main image. To delete the image before inserting a new image, click the image and press the key on your keyboard.

Recommendations for image size and file type are shown here as well. After you
add the image, you will delete this text.
The content area opens for editing, and you are ready to place the image.
- Click the button.
- Click the button.
- Select the image you want to insert and click . The file path displays in the Source field.
- To achieve Section 508 compliance, specify a description of the image in the Image description field.
- Specify the dimensions of the image in pixels as it will display on the page.
- Click . The image is inserted into the content area.
- Click the button on the content area toolbar. The changes are saved. The content area exits Edit mode.
