Naming a page

You can change the name of a page that you add. When you assign a name to a page, the name displays as a link in the main navigation menu on your site.

  1. Click the Document Manager button. The Document Manager opens, showing all pages in the system.
  2. Click the Edit button that is associated with the page that you want to edit. If the page is not checked out by another user, the system checks it out, and it is ready for editing. If the page is checked out by another user, you are not permitted to check it out until it is checked in again.
  3. After the page is checked out, click Tools > Details.
  4. Specify the name in the Name field.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Close the Document Details menu. The page remains open for editing.
  7. Continue editing or click Check In > Check In to check the page in.
