Adding and editing the header image
You can insert a primary image and an optional background image or color into the header. To use an image in the header, you upload an image to the library, copy the image file's URL, and paste a portion of it into the advanced CSS field in the Branding Options menu. Maximum image sizes:
Left-side image: Maximum width=800px, maximum height=60px
Right-side image: Maximum width=200px, maximum height=46px
Full header banner single image: Maximum width=1430px, maximum height=60px
File type: .png is preferred; .jpg is acceptable
The best practice is to use a single image that includes the company logo and background.
- Click the button.
- Open and check out any document.
- Click into any content area on the document.
- Click the button on the toolbar.
- Click the button.
- If the image has not yet been added, you must add the image. To add the image, click . If the image has been uploaded to the system already, skip to step 8.
- Find the file you want to upload and click it. The File Browser menu refreshes, and the file is uploaded to the library.

With your cursor, highlight and copy the portion of the URL that
begins with
orgimages
and ends with the file type and paste it into a text editing program. Later you will copy it from the text editing program and paste it into a menu. - Click to close the menu.

- Undo the checkout and close Edit mode.

In the Advanced CSS field:

menu paste this code into the - Replace the path in parentheses with the path to the image that you copied.
- When you have added the CSS, click . The menu opens.
- Click to save changes. Now you can assign the brand to one or more groups.
