Using of the filters

You can use the filters in both read-only and edit-mode of the grid. You can use the filters combined.

  1. Select Menu > Settings > Posting Codes.
  2. In the Posting Codes, Description, and Macro columns, you can perform these actions:
    • Select a column. Then specify the text or value in the Search field.
    • Sort alphabetically or in ascending or descending order.
    • Select a search criterion from the list.
  3. In the Revenue Category column, select one of these options::
    • Room
    • Food and Beverage
    • Other
    • Technical
  4. To reset filters, click the More icon on the upper right corner of the Posting Codes screen and select Reset filters.
