Adding an event
Follow these steps to add events:
- Navigate to Settings > Property > Events

On the upper right side of the screen, click the + icon, then specify this
information:
- Event Name
- Specify the name of the event. The name must be unique.
- Event Type
- Select one of these event types:
- Event: An event within or near to the hotel.
- Closed Property: A period of time where the hotel was closed. For example, due to repair or off-season.
- Bad Data: A period of time when a technical issue affected the data. For example, broken snapshots.
- Impact
- If Event is selected as Event Type, you msut specify one of
these options:
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Informative
- Start Date
- Specify the start date of the event. You cannot specify a start date lower than the extraction date.
- End Date
- Specify the end date of the event.

Click Save.
Save is disabled if a required field is empty or if an error message is displayed.
