Property Setup

To setup a new property, a wizard is available to navigate you through these five steps:

  • Property details
  • Optimization details
  • Users
  • Select PMS
  • PMS details

Most of the details are predefined and you need to validate them at each step.

Completing the second step assigns the property to you. This means that the property is validated and some of the screens will become available.

In the third step, you can assign the property to other administrators.

Once the property is assigned to users, you can select the PMS and provide the email of the IT person. Infor consultant will use it to contact the IT person to establish the PMS connection.

Completing the fifth step means that the property is fully created. An alert is created to inform the Infor HPO team that you fully completed the setup and the consultant will contact the IT person to establish the extraction from the PMS.

When the extract is loaded, additional screens will become available.

Note: Upon loading the first extract, one room category is created by default. All the room types are automatically mapped to this room category.
