Past Analysis screen
On the Past Analysis screen, you can view details about the past performance in terms of occupancy and revenue.
Viewing past data can help you make better pricing decisions for the future.
Example: You are on the Multi-Day Decision screen trying to make pricing decisions for December 2019 and you are targeting a higher ADR. To check what was your average ADR for December 2018, open the Past Analysis screen and select the December period. The average ADR for the selected past period is displayed on the ADR card and more date-by-date details can be displayed on the ADR graph.
The screen contains these parts:
- menu on the right side of the screen.
- Cards on the upper side of the screen.
- Analysis graphs on the body side of the screen.
