Yesterday Performance widget

For the selected property, this widget displays the performance for yesterday and compares it to the performance for the same day of week last year.
Note: If you click the widget header, the Past Analysis screen is displayed.

Four KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are displayed within the widget, Occupancy, Room Revenue, RevPAR, and ADR.

Occupancy

Note: It is the sum of occupied rooms for all room categories.
  • The first value represents the occupancy for yesterday.
  • The second value represents the occupancy variation; the variation between occupancy yesterday and occupancy for the same day of week last year (Y-1).

    A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:
    • Green upwards arrow: If the occupancy yesterday is greater than the occupancy for the same day last year.
    • Red downwards arrow: If the occupancy yesterday is less than the occupancy for the same day last year.
    • Orange rightwards arrow: If the occupancy yesterday equals the occupancy for the same day last year.
  • Vs Last Year: The occupancy that was realized the same day of week last year.

Room Revenue

Note: It is the sum of room revenues for all room categories.
  • The first value represents the room revenues for yesterday.
  • The second value represents the room revenues variation; the variation between room revenues yesterday and room revenues for the same day of week last year (Y-1).

    A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:
    • Green upwards arrow: If the room revenues yesterday is greater than the room revenues for the same day last year.
    • Red downwards arrow: If the room revenues yesterday is less than the room revenues for the same day last year.
    • Orange rightwards arrow: If the room revenues yesterday equals the room revenues for the same day last year.
  • Vs Last Year: The room revenues that were realized the same day of week last year.

RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)

Note: It is the RevPAR calculated at property level, accounting for all room categories.
  • The first value represents the RevPAR for yesterday.
  • The second value represents the RevPAR variation; the variation between RevPAR yesterday and RevPAR for the same day of week last year (Y-1).

    A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:
    • Green upwards arrow: If the RevPAR yesterday is greater than the RevPAR for the same day last year.
    • Red downwards arrow: If the RevPAR yesterday is less than the RevPAR for the same day last year.
    • Orange rightwards arrow: If the RevPAR yesterday equals the RevPAR for the same day last year.
  • Vs Last Year: The RevPAR that was realized the same day of week last year.

ADR (Average Daily Rate)

Note: It is the ADR calculated at property level, accounting for all room categories.
  • The first value represents the ADR for yesterday.
  • The second value represents the ADR variation; the variation between ADR yesterday and ADR for the same day of week last year (Y-1).

    A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:
    • Green upwards arrow: If the ADR yesterday is greater than the ADR for the same date last year.
    • Red downwards arrow: If the ADR yesterday is less than the ADR for the same day last year.
    • Orange rightwards arrow: If the ADR yesterday equals the ADR for the same day last year.
  • Vs Last Year: The ADR that was realized the same day of week last year.
