Year To Date Performance widget
Four KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are displayed within the widget, Occupancy, Room Revenue, RevPAR, and ADR.
Occupancy
- The first value represents the occupancy for the period from the beginning of the year until yesterday.

The second value represents the occupancy variation; the variation between occupancy for the period from the beginning of the year until yesterday and occupancy for the same period last year (Y-1).
A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:- Green upwards arrow: If the occupancy for the actual period is greater than the occupancy for the same period last year.
- Red downwards arrow: If the occupancy for the actual period is less than the occupancy for the same period last year.
- Orange rightwards arrow: If the occupancy for the actual period equals the occupancy for the same period last year.
- Vs Last Year: The occupancy that was realized the same period last year.
Room Revenue
- The first value represents the room revenues for the period from the beginning of the year until yesterday.

The second value represents the room revenues variation; the variation between room revenues for the period from the beginning of the year until yesterday and room revenues for the same period last year (Y-1).
A small arrow is displayed next to the Y-1 Variation. The colors and orientation of the arrow have these meanings:- Green upwards arrow: If the room revenues for the actual period is greater than the room revenues for the same period last year.
- Red downwards arrow: If the room revenues for the actual period is less than the room revenues for the same period last year.

RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
- The first value represents the RevPAR for the period from the beginning of the year until yesterday.
