Real-time optimization

Real-time optimization is now available in Infor HPO. Each 30 minutes from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at hotel hour, data is reprocessed. A notification is displayed after each processing.

Web Mobile Application

A new web mobile application is available. It is supported on Chrome for android, and Safari for IOS.

This application has daily key performance indicators to help you review the pricing decisions, adjust and upload them if needed. It also supports Intraday reprocessing each 30 minutes from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at hotel hour. Intraday notifications are available within the mobile web application.

You can override competitors rates directly from the web mobile application.

Room types per number of guests prices

On the Room Type Definition screen, you can now configure room types by number of guests. The configuration is used to simulate the price decision for each room type per number of guests. This simulation is displayed in the Date Details screen, and in the Date details window within the Decisions screen, through the Room Types tab.
