Generating Housekeeper Action Log Report
Use this report to view the housekeeper’s task for the assigned room.
To generate this report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeper Action Log Report.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameter section: 
				
- Property
 - The property code for which the report is generated. This
								value is defaulted with the session property. Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
 - Action
 - Select the type of task to be included in the report.
 - Housekeeper Name
 - The name of the housekeeper. The details of this housekeeper are included in the report.
 - Room
 - The room code for for which the report is generated.
 - Room Status
 - The status type of the room for which the report is generated.
 - Room Type
 - Select the room type to filter the report.
 - Service Type
 - The type of service to perform the tasks. The available options are Check-In, Check-Out, Full, Light, None, Touchup.
 
 - 
				Review this information in the Report Options section: 
				
- Attendant in Room Only
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the list
								of room records with the Attendant in Room.Note: The report only displays the room records for which the Attendant in Room checkbox selected in the Room Status Update screen.
 
 - Select the Date in the Date Range section to view the information of tasks performed by the housekeeper in that duration.
 - 
				Click Print. The report displays
					the list of actions Housekeeper employees perform in a day. 
				Note:
- The report can be sorted by rooms, room status, room type, service type and Date/Time.
 - If the report is Sorted By other options, the Start Time is displayed as the second column (after the first sort order type) in the report.
