Creating reward partners

Use the Reward Partners page to create and maintain reward partner codes and descriptions.

To create reward partners:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Reward Partners.
  2. Specify this information:
    Partner Code
    Specify the partner code.
    Partner Name
    Specify the partner name.
    Status
    Specify if the reward partner is Active or Inactive.
    Numeric Only
    If this check box is selected, the guest's reward number must be numeric only.
    Minimum Length
    Specify the minimum length of the guest's reward number. The number cannot be less than this minimum length.
    Maximum Length
    Specify the maximum length of the guest's reward number. The number cannot be more than this maximum length.
