Creating property messages
To create a property message:
- Select Administration > Property > Property Configuration.
 - On the List View tab, double-click the property record to work with.
 - Click the Messages tab.
 - 
            In the MESSAGE DETAILS section, specify this information: 
		  
            
- Message Topic
 - The information related to the room availability.
 - Show on Availability
 - Select this check box to display the message (specified in the Message Topic) on the Room Type Availability screen
 - Show on Event Calendar
 - If this check box is selected, the message specified in the Message Topic field is displayed on the Event Room Availability screen.
 - Start Date
 - The start date from which the message is displayed
 - End Date
 - The date from which the message is no longer displayed.
 
 - Type the message in Message Topic field.
 - 
             Click Save.
            Note:
You can also modify the font size and color in which the message is displayed.
