Adding guest notes
To add notes to a guest stay:
- Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
 - Select the guest stay record from the List View.
 - Select Notes tab.
 - 
				Specify this information, in the Note Details section:
				
- Category
 - Specify the category. Your options are based on codes created as comment category codes on the Maintain Global Codes page.
 - Source
 - This field indicates where the note originated.
 - Print on Confirmation
 - Select this check box to have the note print on the guest confirmation letter.
 - Private Note
 - Select this check box to make the note private.
 - Save to Profile
 - Select this check box to have the note saved to the guest profile. The Source is set to Profile. The check box is available only when you add a new note.
 - Print on Housekeeping
 - Select this check box to have the note print on housekeeping reports.
 - Display on Check-In
 - If this check box is selected, the note is
								displayed when the guest checks in.Note:
- A line space is provided between two notes.
 - You cannot select Display on Check-In check box if the Private Note check box is selected.
 
 
 - Click Save.
